Low-consumption Motor of 250 W Power Output

The rear wheel has an integrated hub brushless motor. This recently upgraded brushless offers long riding distances due to its low consumption, with the ability to climb up to 30° inclines. The top speed is 25 km/h (manually regulated) with an optimum range of up to 100 km thanks to the replaceable 48v 13Ah lithium battery.

Made for European Union Roads

Most Engwe electric bikes are very fast and powerful and therefore only appropriate for private roads. Therefore Engwe created a model, designed especially to comply with your local legal limits of 25 km/h speed and 250W motor. Engwe Engine X still feels strong and powerful, has all the best features, and can climb hills up to 30%. Cruising Range Increased by 25% with Engwe Engine X

The newly upgraded lithium 48V13Ah battery is smaller in size and lighter in weight. Due to the recent upgrade, it can achieve approximately 25% longer range or distances. Long life expectancy is ensured. The battery is replaceable, therefore you can charge it when in the bike frame, or take it out and charge it in the apartment. It’s highly recommended to buy an extra battery to double the riding distances when ordering a bike.

20 x 4-inch Fat Tires for Beach, Snow, Off-road, and More

Fat tires 20 x 4-inch ( Chaoyang or CST) come highly recommended or even necessary for fast electrical vehicles. As soon as the electric bike reaches a speed over 40 km/h, you need the fat tires for extra stability and your personal safety. They give a better ground grip and absorb all shocks from bumpy terrain together with the hydraulic dual suspension. The recommended tire pressure is 140 kpa.

Advanced Bike Suspension on Engwe Engine X

All shocks from rocky roads or off-road terrain are absorbed by the front and rear suspension’s advanced technology. You have the choice to lock your front suspension adjustment settings. When coupled with huge tires, this ensures one of the safest and most stable rides possible over all terrains. Disc Brakes – Mechanical Front & Rear Bicycle Brakes

It is absolutely essential to have an equally sized braking solution to match the motor power. Advanced LCD Display (8 x 5 cm) with Cruise Control

The Advanced LCD display/controller shows the battery indicator, speedometer, gear selection (Pass 1 to 5), mileage counter, light control, and error codes. The cruise control feature allows you to enjoy your scenic ride by locking your desired pace in an electric mode. The display offers quite ideal lightning to be clearly visible on sunny days as well as at nighttime.

Easy-fold mechanism with aluminium alloy folding frame, 3 steps

The foldable aluminium alloy frame offers simple folding in just three stages while maintaining full frame strength and durability. Additionally, the handlebar and pedals have a foldable construction. Multiple Riding modes with Engwe Engine Pro Pedal Mode, Pedal Assist mode, Throttle mode

Pedal mode is simply pedalling, without any motor assistance. On Pedal Assist Mode, you pedal but electric assistance gives you additional power. You keep the natural pedalling feeling while easily reaching double the speed and triple the distance without getting tired. In Throttle mode pedalling is not required as you control the speed with a thumb throttle and control the speed as you wish.

The Engwe Engine X’s Durable Rear Bike Rack

The robust and strong rear carrier of Engine X is unmatched by any other e-bike. Due to its added reinforcement, the carrier can carry up to 25 kg of cargo or even an additional person.
