Order Cancellation; Return and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancelation Options
A. Cancellation Before Shipping
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.
B. Cancellation After Shipping or Refusal of Delivery
If your order has already shipped when you notified us of the cancelation attempt, or if you refuse the delivery, a shipping fee of €180 will be deducted from your refund, for shipping-associated costs.
C. Change of Mind Return (Within 30 Days, “As New” Condition)
If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, you can do so within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in “as new” condition (unopened and unused). A shipping fee of €180 will be deducted from your refund, for shipping-associated costs
D. Used or Non-Original Packaging (Within 30 Days)
If the product has been used or is not in its original packaging, we will still accept returns within 30 days of purchase. A shipping fee of €180 will be deducted from your refund, for shipping-associated costs. An additional usage fee of 20 – 30%, will be deducted from your refund, for refurbisment-associated costs.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring proper packaging or potential damage during return shipping.
E. No Returns After 30 Days
We do not accept returns or issue refunds after 30 days from the purchase date.
F. Damaged Item Upon Arrival
- Minor Damage: If the damage is minor and doesn’t affect the product’s performance, we will issue a partial refund to you.
- Easy Fix: If the damage can be easily fixed, we will send replacement parts along with instructions and provide a partial refund for the inconvenience.
- Major Damage: If the item is not functioning as intended, we will replace it as a last resort due to high shipping costs. We will consider other solutions first.
2. Refund Processing Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item. If additional inspection is needed, the process may take up to 40 days. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
3. Preventing Unnecessary Cancellations
Before canceling your order, we encourage you to check our Help Center for possible quick solutions. If you are considering cancellation due to an issue, please contact us directly. We may be able to resolve the issue, allowing you to keep your order and avoid cancellation costs.
4. Order Verification
We can only process cancellations for orders placed directly on our distributor website (indicated by a four-digit order number). If your purchase was made through a third-party seller (such as a marketplace or a different website), please get in touch with the seller directly. The best practice is to reply to your Order Confirmation email.
