Late Delivery Policy

    • Option 2: Extended Wait with Compensation: If you choose to continue waiting beyond 30 days, we will compensate you with €1 for each additional day until your order is delivered.

    • We will keep you informed about the status of your order throughout the delivery process. If there are any delays beyond the standard timeframe, we will notify you promptly.

    • This policy does not apply to delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
